Whistleblowing Policy

This policy encourages board members, employees, interns, volunteers and the general public to provide genuine whistleblowing for the following:-
  • a criminal offence, eg fraud
  • someone’s health and safety is in danger
  • risk or actual damage to the environment
  • a miscarriage of justice
  • the organisation is breaking the law
  • they believe someone is covering up wrongdoing
  • corruption and bribery
  • misappropriation of funds
  • non-compliance to laws and regulations etc
The identity of the whistleblower will be kept confidential unless such information is required to be disclosed to any governing authorities to aid the investigation process.

This is not a channel for personal grievances.
